This is the story of Jamie and Landon at their senior high schools. Jamie is the priest's daughter with an ugly sweater and Bible in her hands. She was the last person anyone would want to go on a date with. 

Landon, on the other hand has a tussled up relation with his congressman father. Forced by his father he stood up for presidency and he quite get away with it. As a president he had a compulsion to go with a date to the prom. He asked many girls but got a failure. To his surprise Jamie agreed. Hence the seed of love is sown in the beautiful city Beaufort.

The story takes another form when it is revealed that Jamie had leukaemia. Jamie was the girl with the uncommonest of the dreams. She was a person of extraordinary character. Landon did whatever he could for his love. 

Spars, in his novel depicts that unconditional love can happen despite the disparity in personality of people.

Jamie fulfilled her dream of getting married and to be walked by her father down the Aisle. By that time Jamie was the weakest. That short walrk was worth remembering. The style that's Sparks has used has brought up the story in a fantastic manner. Remix simplicity, helping and caring nature as to the interest in the story.

It is a love story put up in altogether different manner. It is a must read!! 

It taught its reader about caressing everybody's needs. Being strong, not forgetting our duties even in the worst of cases. And the most important to explain your meaning of love through your deeds and dedication to one's partner. It is about being calm and composed no matter what surround ourselves. Jamie and Landon set another level of dedication and love for each other.
