THE LUNCHBOX

 THE LUNCHBOX

An Irfan Khan master piece
Reminds me of Mumbai. A hope arises in the lives of a common worker and a common housewife. Due a random error in address of the dabba.
The hustle-bustle, the feeling is so real - an excellent Direction of Photography.
I won't give much spoiler.
The dialogue writing and the storyline are so philosophical yet so simple. A must watch film to understand human emotions.

I remove one star for my own discomfort. I didn't wanted to be exposed with so much reality. I know there isn't a happy ending always. But I think I am accustomed to the age old way of film making where it offers some hope than the bitter truth.
